Halliburton Employees FCU Change To VISA Debit Card

Heads up:  starting 1/29/13 the credit union is changing to a new VISA debit card program.  After that date, current cards will no longer function. 

New cards will be arriving in the mail within the first two weeks of January 2013 and will need to be activated, although they cannot be used until 1/29/13.
