Announced precisely to coincide with the close of after-hours trading. Tomorrow might be a good buying opportunity, as they say. Somebody remind Boehner he's supposed to count the votes "before" he announces the bill is being brought to the floor. Hang on to your seat belts; it's Thelma & Louise time.

This is all Kabuki Theater. " Good buying opportunity"? No one knows, and besides, unless one is a day trader, it doesn't mean anything in the long term scheme of things.
