Which Debt To Pay First?

Pay the (higher-interest-rate) credit card debt first, keep the CD to avoid penalty.
A better question is "Why did you pay more than $50K for a car at the first place??"
$41K credit card debt is a bit alarming. Dr. Don should get the entire picture before giving prudent and practical answers; e.g., $50K car but only $56k mortgage?? Something wrong with this picture.
