I Was Able To Locate A "Working Link" To The Citibank Dividend Platinum Select Card Application For

I was able to locate a "working link" to the Citibank Dividend Platinum Select Card application for the general public.  I am guessing that if you get approved for it, you would then get a notice that your account was going to be changed very soon.
