Got A Telecommunications Complaint?
The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) updated website now
accepts seemingly any sort of telecommunications complaint (most
popular being their Do-Not-Call list) including loud commercials,
unlawful or illegal advertising, billing issues, etc. Anything to
do with television, wire, satellite, cable etc. is fair game.
Additionally you can "File a Public Comment" that sounds a bit
official and legal, although I'm not quite sure. There's also a
blog of past discussions you can peruse, join in on. Check things
out here; looks like you can also do some of this by phone,
1-888-225-5322, although I did not give that a try.
