A local TX bank with locations in Ft. Worth, Arlington, Southlake and Las Colinas is advertising a 2.53% APY 24 month CD. Ad is in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram - http://newspaperads.dfw.com/ROP/ads.aspx?advid=1128819

I don't know anything about the bank and haven't checked yet to see if this is local only or requires a branch visit, etc. Seems like a good rate though.
