The first one is a special 19-month CD earning 1.75% APY. Minimum to open is $1k, amounts over $100k earn 1.85% APY, and amounts over $250k earn 1.95% APY.
The credit union is also offering an IRA rate booster. For a limited time, they will add 25 basis points (ie: 0.25%) to any non-special certificate product when you open a new IRA this month.
