Acadia Federal CU Kasasa (3%APY, $10K) With Saver (1%APY,$5K)

Acadia Federal CU in Maine is offering a Kasasa Cash with Kasasa Saver. 

The Kasasa account pays 3%APY on up to $10k if the following qualifications are met:

• Have at least 12 debit card purchases post and settle (ATM usage does not count toward the 12 purchases)
• Be enrolled and review e-statement
• Be enrolled and log into online banking

Notice that there is no requirement for a direct deposit or debit.

The Kasasa Saver pays 1% on up to $5k if qualifications are met. 

If you fund the full $10k in the Kasasa Cash and the full $5k in the Kasasa Saver, you will earn approximately 2.3% ($28.81 total interest) on the combined total each month.  The low limits on this account may not appeal to everyone, but may be right for some.
