Attorney General Says Some Banks Now Are Too Big To Prosecute

Attorney General Eric Holder says some banks are so big that they are too big to prosecute because any prosecution would endanger the wider economy:

I guess this means their mere size puts them above the law! And we thought too big to fail was unconscionable.

Then the obvious answer, Attorney General Holder, would be to break-up these too big to prosecute (TBTP) banks.

"It’s rather disturbing to hear the US Attorney General express such fear of being held hostage by a criminal enterprise, yet he offers no solution to the Wall Street Mafia."
