Penfed ATM Cards

In a conversation with a customer service representative at PenFed today I inquired about surcharge-free ATM availability. She informed me that only PenFed ATMs are surcharge-free. They are no longer in any network such as Allpoint. She said that they are working on the issue to perhaps become part of a surcharge-free network in the future. That's pretty sad with such a large credit union such as PenFed. I will be awaiting any news from them to rectify that situation.
