Several updates on RCAs:
River City Bank (GA): from 5% to 3.85%, still $25K.
Britton & Koontz Bank (MS): Still (5.25%, $25K), definitely needs to come into the branch/residents only.
MBT Bank (Iowa): From 5.15% to 3.5% as of 5/15/10.
The norm now for new RCA offers and "revised offers" seem to be 3.5%.
