Today I Received A Letter From Bank Of America Notifying Me That I Wrote More Then3checks On My

Today I received  a letter from Bank of America notifying me that I wrote more then3checks on my money market account.I called the bank & told them according to New FDIC regulation D I am allowed 6^ transaction It could be all 6 checks.But they are insisting with the old regulation. It is shame that customer has to tell BOFA the new rules
