Dear Readers,

Another good new for Patriotic Americans, who believe that State of our Union is improving ...  There is a story at link below that has an outlook expressed by President of Federal Reserve Richmond - Dr Lacker - who is considered an inflation hawk.

"Inflation doesn't take care of itself - it requires some attention from a central bank," he said. "The inflation outlook looks good now, but I think there are risks to the inflation outlook a couple of years ahead of us."

Excellent ... Here and now is what's important for us and the US today. What will happen a couple of years later ... We all can guess/estimate/speculate, but what seems completely true is that inflation is tame right now!

Ah ... yes ... and the worrywarts can go back to pulling their hair out over upcoming triple-digit-inflation now. :=)

An improving U.S. housing market suggests it is time for the Federal Reserve to stop aiming its stimulus at the real estate sector, Richmond Fed President Jeffrey Lacker said on Wednesday.

Indeed ... Improving indeed !!! :-)
