I have news for the person who wrote that article.  Cat food is not cheap.  It can be tasty tho.  I have nibbled on it just to see for "just in case".  The good stuff that comes in the little cans look and taste better than my chicken stuff but it's "not" cheap.  If they want to eat cat food they need to still spark up those savings!
