Rate Drop - Flex CD

Over the weekend, the rate on Wilshire's Flex CD fell to 1.15% from 1.25%.

The eLink Savings account and Rainbow Savings rates appear unchanged.

WSB no longer offers new Flex CDs. Mine just expired, and their offer to renew it (to keep flex features) is .75%, down from 1.98% a year ago. At first they said 1.0%, but called back to say .75%. When I opened it last year, they said the product probably wouldn't renew at all, so I was actually surprised they're allowing any renewal, even if it is so discouraging. Min./max. bal. are 10k/95k, 1 year term. Unlimited deposits/max. 6 withdrawals (1k min. per).
