WSB no longer offers new Flex CDs. Mine just expired, and their offer to renew it (to keep flex features) is .75%, down from 1.98% a year ago. At first they said 1.0%, but called back to say .75%. When I opened it last year, they said the product probably wouldn't renew at all, so I was actually surprised they're allowing any renewal, even if it is so discouraging. Min./max. bal. are 10k/95k, 1 year term. Unlimited deposits/max. 6 withdrawals (1k min. per).
