Disappointing from the world's biggest bank (Citizens = RBS).

Also got this notice in Massachusetts.

Funny thing is I opened this account when BofA announced it's new fees.  However, my BofA college account is free thru 8/2014, and overall, BofA's fees are actually lower (overdraft policy is *much* friendlier and cheaper, foreign ATM fee cheaper, etc.).

With BofA's significantly better technology and surprisingly lower fees, I am closing the account at the "smaller" (yet probably) bigger bank I tried to use to escape BofA.

Also, given Citizens Bank is owned by RBS, you'd think it would have better ATMs and online banking.  The bank still requires deposit envelopes to be filled out (name, address, account numbers, phone number, etc.), and the online banking, which was sadly revamped not even a year ago, still looks very amateur.
