It's not on their website, but on a branch visit, I learned they're promoting a 1.25% min. 10k balance MMS. Didn't get more details, but they require in-person application for their RCA. (Assume it's the same, but you know about assumptions.)
I mentioned to Accounts Rep (Westlake Village branch) how impressed I (and others here) are that she called to notify cap limit changes on their RCA. She pointed out that's the advantage of community banking and welcomed more new accounts. She wisely figured that for the same amount of phone time, she preferred appreciative responses for making personal heads-up calls, rather than fielding as many disgruntled responses if clients had to find out on their own afterwards.
Other banks need to figure out that customer service can be a good investment.
