Tempting... very tempting, especially with RCA rates / caps plummeting at every turn in the road.

The CU has a 4 (of 5) rating and aTexas ratio of just under 18. However, it has a capitalization rating of only 1 (of 5), which is poor and Bauer gives them 2 stars.

Given those opposing sets of information I'd be concerned that it would only be a matter of time before this bank started having trouble.
