Don't know about this particular bank; but, mostly all banks do a hard pull with ChexSystems. In addition to obtaining a ChexSystems report, some banks (in particular, credit unions) also may do a hard pull with one the 3 major CRAs. The best thing to do is to call the bank and find out who they run a credit check with. Keep in mind, however, that not all CSRs know the difference between a hard pull and a soft pull.
