“transitory.”  Yeah right. The Fed is behind the curve on this one.

It's not only in this country. More people cannot purchase homes, or do not desire to, especially younger people with large amounts of college debt. The desire for rentals is evidently beginning to outstrip supply in many areas, causing rents to increase.
