Southern Bank Missouri Now 4.01% (Was 5.01%) NO COURTESY NOTIFY TO CUSTOMERS

Their website says "Rates as of November 1, 2011". My calculations show it was still 5.01% through November, so do not know if the webpage is wrong or if accounts were grandfathered at the previous rate.

The only reason a bank would not courtesy notify their customers of a rate change is so the bank can take advantage of those who do not pay attention.
