Is bigger better? Not when it comes to customer service.
A second survey released this month by the American Customer Satisfaction Index revealed which of these banks score highest with the customers who make those deposits.

1. Thursday, December 29, 2011 - 8:44 AMIn contrast, the Bank of Cattaraugus (mentioned in the article), the smallest in NY state, would likely earn a well-deserved 100 Customer Satisfaction rating. The bank president's practices are reminiscent of those of George Bailey in "It's a wonderful life".
