RCA Rate Drop

Today I just received an email from Aspire stating this RCA Rate Drop starting 1-1-2012.
It is going from 2.51% to 1.51% 10K cap. I was keeping a few dollars there to see if the Rate would go up, I had transfered my money to a different RCA. It looks like for a guy like me that Consumers Credit Union at 4.09% is the best bet.
