Dear Valued Customer:
Regretfully, we are temporarily discontinuing our Bank-to-Bank Transfer service from our current provider. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.
Any one-time transfers you have already scheduled will be sent. If you have scheduled recurring Bank-to-Bank transfers, they will not be processed beginning today.
In the meantime, you can still continue to transfer money between institutions by using Bill Pay, writing checks from your account, or contacting customer service for other options.
Please visit our website at www.AmericaNetBank.com for more information.
We greatly appreciate your continued patronage.

I just talked to a CSR at Americanet Bank and one can still use your account at another financial institution to initiate a request for ACH transfer of funds. For example, just use your account at Ally Bank to request a funds transfer. It's just the software for Americanet Bank, and the other associated banks, that has been taken off-line for repair.
