Still Cannot Login And Formatting Has Disappeared

Thanks for the response to my post last night. Unfortunately 'reply' doesn't work, so had to start a new thread. The problems are still present this morning - cannot login (other than when starting this thread), formatting has disappeared. TIA to you and Jeremy. ~PearlBrown
