Another example of either BS or strategy that the general investor cannot implement. It might as well be retitled as "A Bullish Strategy for a Bear Market."
The point of posting this is that we all realize that Wall Street "experts" are all as clueless as we are:D
When I saw the title for the frist time, I thought that he got something... but it turned out to be a wild/random shot in the dark.
