Worst customer service ever. I have literally been calling since the beginning of October to get answers in regards to my real estate loan. I've been told that someone would call back within 24 hours. It's day 91 and still waiting for that call back. Finally spoke to someone and was promised I would have the paperwork sent to me by a specific date. Well guess what?? No paperwork still!! Left 6 messages for this person and still no call back. I'm done with this bank. How can a question not be answered the same day??? I wish I had a job that let me do nothing all day and get paid. Stay away and do your research.
