CINCO Credit Union is no longer doing business under that name because it has been merged or acquired. See the successor institution Superior Credit Union (OH).
CINCO Credit Union is open to the residents, people that maintain employment, people that attend church, and the registered students in Cincinnati as well as theses Ohio Counties; Hamilton, Butler, and Clermont. Membership eligibility also extends to include the current employees and retirees of the CU-affiliated SEG's, family members and household occupants of current CU members.

I have multiple credit unions. I use Cinco because it is the only CU that I am a member of that is actually located where I live. All other credit unions are remote from me. Internet makes that possible.
Cinco is pretty basic. They have an actual branch by me, but I do most banking via the Internet so I do not go to the branch that often. Even their Internet banking system is pretty basic.
I would put more money there into savings, but the interest rate is one of the lowest in Cincinnati with Kemba CU being the absolute worst in Cincinnati.
So all in all, if you do not need a lot of services and looking for a basic credit union, Cinco is a pretty good choice.
I don't even know where to begin. I normally don't leave reviews or complain about things like this but my experience with this company has been so horrible that I feel like I need to share. First of all, when I opened my account the lady who set it up somehow had it that $100 a month transferred from my savings to checking, which is not what I even remotely asked for. It also screwed me over because I didn't know what was going on at first, and ended up spending some money that was supposed to be saved. In addition to this, the website began to really inconvenience me because it constantly made me change my password. It won't even let you access your account until you do it, and it has to be done on a computer. This is really annoying especially if you only have your phone on hand and you need to check your account. It seemed to be happening almost every couple months which, to me, is excessive and inconvenient. It's aggravating enough that there's no app for this bank and you have to log in every time, changing the password made it so much more frustrating. Worst of all, the ATM. I go to the glenway location, so this may be true for just my location. But either way, it's unacceptable. TWICE, I have gone to the ATM to withdraw cash and it has literally shut down. A Windows computer screen flashes and the ATM menu goes away, and it literally says "shutting down." Both occasions happened to be on days when I needed cash specifically for something, so this was a complete inconvenience that is just unacceptable in my opinion. How does a company even let that happen? And to me since it happened twice just to me, that makes it seem as though it's happening fairly regularly to other customers as well. Just completely unacceptable. There are other minor annoyances, such as the horrible quality of the cards I've been given, but I won't even go into that because I'd be going on for days. This company is truly a nightmare and I don't understand how it's even possible to have this horrible of service.
