This is my second review. ...but necessary. I recently made an online purchase for a subscription product. They gave you 15 days to cancel (I wasn't aware of this monthly ongoing supply and charge for shipments) but I woke up today and thought I'd better check into further charges....and I had a message from FNBJ fraud company about an $80 charge to my account that they had not honored..put on hold. Also had email from FNBJ about this transaction. Thank you so much for looking out for me.
Used to be the best
I used to love this bank, it was the greatest! Lately however, it is difficult to get great customer service over the phone. In location, the service is superb. In this day and age though, people want great service over the phone and online. This is now coupled with the fact they have implemented large banking fees and offer no advantage to the customer in return. You can bypass the fees, if you meet the exact requirements. Failure to meet these exact requirements result in hefty fees. The mobile/web experience is "ok" nothing special or extraordinaire, just average. Rates offered for savings and checking are slightly below average, before factoring in checking and banking fees. All in all, a once superb local bank succumbing to the "status quo".
