Scary Banking With Firstier

Giving this bank 1 star is a stretch, but 0 stars is not an option. At both branches many staff are rude, petty, unprofessional, manipulative, and discretion isn't a well known term for staff members. Customers beware and protect your information! They allow staff to pick and choose who has to pay what and when, then you hear related individuals brag about not paying late fees and enjoying the benefit of "knowing someone on the inside "at local pubs and restaurants. When registering a complaint you are met with "what is it this time"? as well as I'll help you take your business elsewhere". You are promised loans with handshakes and smiles then turned away. I have many c.d.s through this bank and they've repeatedly lost them between branches after refinancing loans. They called us and expressed an apology for not reaching out to our business of 5 years or thanking us for being 14 year customers and promised a new clock and frequenting our business for lunch, it's been over a year and we've yet to see either promise. Quite the joke.
