McFarland State Bank is offering a special 3.49% APY 49-month liquid CD. One of the liquid features includes the ability to make additional deposits of at least $500 any time during the term. You can also request a one-time bump-up in the rate. The new rate will be based on their current 48-month CD rate at the time of the bump request. Minimum deposit is $10,000, and the maximum balance is $250,000. It's also available as an IRA CD. This promotion doesn't seem to be listed at the bank's website.
