Minnequa Works Credit Union is the best bank I've ever been with. Thus, I've refused to leave them as the customer service is out of this world. On top of that my wife and I can forget overdrafts, no it's not protection, but it's not $25 dollars either, only $2.50 like an ATM. They usually return this fee right away too.



The online banking is great, but can be a bit touchy. It's really to use interface with your own personal app area, makes banking rock!



Overall I would give them 4 outta 5 only because everyone has room for improvement, I'm just waiting to see a flaw or one person not great me. Perhaps even a line in the bank or drive through?
