Costumer Service SUCKS
The costumer service is absolutely terrible! Twice I had people in the drive thru window on the computer or at the table not help me at all! I was also the only one in the drive thru. For something that would have taken not even two minutes took me twenty. I waited, thinking they were going to be done after they saw me but continued what they were doing for fifteen minutes then I drove to go inside and took less than a minute to do what I needed done. Whatever you do, DONT choose this bank! I've also had my card cancelled three times in the last year and had to get sent a new one due to people "stealing" my card number from different states! DONT BANK HERE!!!
Ex Customer
We banked with PCCU for over twenty years; savings, checking and loan services with no problem. Recently had major issues with a loan which they mishandled and then refused to adjust. They made it clear that our business was not valued so we are going to be banking elsewhere. Have heard similar stories from people in the community.
