SIS is a decent bank. I don't feel that they are any better or worse than any other bank. I had a checking and savings account with them for roughly six years through high school into the middle of my college years, and they were always perfectly satisfactory. I never had a bank teller at any of their branches be particularly rude to me, but then again I never had a scenario such as trying to get overdraft fees removed, etc. I was always completely satisfied with them, and if there was a branch close to me I would probably do business with them again. I ended up switching to a large multinational bank because there was no SIS branch close to me, and I grew tired of having to drive long distances to do banking in person.

Beware!!!!

Before you bank with SIS, beware. They charge overdraft fees even if you have a positive balance. This is not a bank I would recommend.
