I worked at it -got in- now its going good with me, same as other banks but with highest interest I can find.
Horrible Customer Service - DO NOT BANK HERE
Needed temporary checks for new account. Could not get them online. Was told to go to the branch to get them for free. Drove to branch across town. Teller insisted on charging a dollar for three temporary checks. Teller could not speak English. Teller was rude. Could not get help from any teller in the bank to get a temporary check until my permanent checks arrived. Horrifying customer service. Be advised DO NOT bank here. Find another bank where you can get at some sense of customer service.
Sadly this bank rejects qualified applicants for no discernible reason. Both my wife and I got declined even though we successfully signed up for 2 other online HYSA banks this week. Oh well, their loss.

Complete waste of time
they don't approve your hysa application for no good reason, and the customer service was not professional who gave me the wrong info to continue waste my time! And they didn't care.
They not going to approve anybody for this High Yield Saving account, with this 5.1% APY
The Bank of Nope (sarcastic) refused my new HYS account application. You have to provide them with a drivers license number plus all of the standard confidential personal info you would give to any bank. But that's not enough! They want your annual income total and source info plus confirmation of various credit report details.
After all of that, to be refused invites the negative four letter word responses from me, but instead I will just say I'm not going to waste any more of my time with this bank... and Nope they don't give you a reason for the refusal either.
Loveeeee this local bank. Reasonable fees and in the neighborhood, which is really convenient for me.
