I have banked at First National Bank (Creston) for over 5 years. I expect to be a customer for a very long time. The customer service is top notch. The employees are knowledgeable and seem to care. They have helped me with any questions regarding my checking and savings account. The employees are always promoting products and services but aren't pushy about it. I got a car loan through this bank and the process was seamless. They made the application process so easy and the terms were fair and out front. The online banking feature makes it easy to complete most of my banking activity at home. I can deposit checks, transfer funds, and make payments all through my bank while sitting at home. I would recommend FNB to anyone looking for a new bank.
When I moved to my current location, so many people recommended me to First National Bank (Creston, IA). I opened a checking account with them and have been extremely pleased. The process was quick and easy. The associate who assisted me with opening my account was great. She was knowledge and friendly. She seemed to have a genuine interest in my life. All the tellers have treated me the same way ever since. They know me by name and always have a smile on their faces. They are smart and always trying to improve my banking experience. When I decided to opening a checking account, they discussed my options with me and helped me find the account that fitted my needs. I have knowledge of other products including Money Market and CDs and am likely to considering one these in the future because of my comfort level with this bank and its employees. The mobile app works great as well. It allows me to check balances and transfer funds in seconds. My only complaint would be that I wish my rates would be a little better but everyone always wants better rates.
