This Bank Is Awful!!!
My parents had a business loan with Town Center Bank. They were forced to file bankruptcy with their business due to the economy, nothing surprising this day and age.
Well, since they personally guaranteed this loan they have been working on how to settle it for the past 11 months. My parents made a deal to pay back the Entire line of credit with the exception of the $20,000 the bank tacked on in interest. Even though they paid every month, until they stopped receiving monthly statements.
This bank even went so far as to freeze My bank account with a different bank solely because my mothers name was on it. I'm also about to lose my car since they are forcing my parents into bankruptcy personally and she co-signed for me.
To me, this is horrible. My parents have never Not paid anything they owed. Ever! They have a credit score in the 800s. They are hard-working, honest people and this bank is trying to take the last bit of everything they've worked for their entire lifes. It just makes me sick how they can treat people who are obviously willing to pay back everything they borrowed.
