I happened upon this bank which I had never heard of and it is not too far from where I live in NY. Not much info on DA.

MY2CENTS it is funny you posted about this bank today as earlier this morning I was on the Fidelity website looking at their brokered CD's and Generations Bank NY had some short term issues listed and it was the first time I had seen them on Fidelity. The direct CD rates are better than the brokered CD rates.
