I've never seen a CD with these terms before. The minimum opening balance is $10k. Not only can you make unlimited deposits, you can also make unlimited withdrawals (daily, if you want) as long as you don't withdraw more than 50% of the CD's balance at the start of the day. Anyone living anywhere can join for free.
