Y-12 Federal Credit Union has opened their field of membership to anyone in the U.S. When you go to open your account, and it asks about eligibility you select "

I want to become a member of the Y-12 FCU Gives Foundation to be eligible". The credit union will cover the cost of $5 to join the Y-12 FCU Gives Foundation.
