Thoughts on Axos? Looks like a fintech, but also a bank. Don't see it listed on latest savings rates on Deposit Quest.

Axos has a hoop that might be unattractive to some people. To get the current 4.66% rate, you must either have a $1,500 minimum monthly direct deposit (and it has to be specifically a direct deposit), or have a monthly transfer of $5,000 minimum, which can be a traditional ACH transfer from your external account.

No rate guarantee, of course. Axos checking acct. required.
