T-Bank gets an A health rating with a designation of being a Top 200 healthiest bank on Deposit Accounts, gets a best 5 star rating on Bauer and a D rating on Weiss. Go figure. They have a branch not far from me and I took out a CD with them a year or so ago and I will say they have been great to deal with.

I've used them too, no complaints. Small bank but very friendly with good online rates and terms. Their EWP for a 12 mo CD is only 30 days.

Dropped first to 4.45 then 4.0 all within 24 hours. After speaking to a bank vice president, I was granted the 4.45 rate retro actively since I was in the midst of applying when the 40bp hit occurred.
