It worked clicking on the 19th months $.6% when I was using Safari but not with Private Browsing and duck duck go.

You can't click on it when you're making a comment but if you just look at your original post and click on the highlighted 19 month 4.6% it works fine..... just can't click on it if you go to the latest threads scroll down to make a comment.
