primis must really need cash, i just wrote in other area about them selling shares in their fintech division to get cash, now got email saying they are lowering rates starting friday.

original customers, savings lowering from 4.40 to 4.25

new customers, savings lowering from 4.35 to 4.20

new customers, checking will lower from 4.20 to 4.05, ect.

everyone down 0.15

i will move most of my funds elsewhere and keep just a tiny bit there now.

As more and more places cut their daily savings rate with no reason or excuse except profits (no cut from the Fed) it's time to move funds out of these places to the few that have remained steady -- or places pegged to the Fed. Enough with the "oh it's wednesday, why not cut our savings rates again!"

I'm still getting 4.25% on a checking account with no hoops. Have other savings too.
