What can I say about Belco, well I used to work for this organization, there are 3 unsuited ladies that seem to be in charge of every aspect of this company. The uncooperative attitudes starts with the assistant CEO, if he is still there. He is a vindictive individual and is non-caring; kind to only the ones that are willing to go along with what he calls the best plans laid out for this company. Now what about the CEO, nice person, but will call the shots not from actual direct situation from his employees; but their small minded Supervisors, which should have been tabled a long, long, long time ago. These 3 women are called the RAT PACK. They did not get this name for nothing, it sure fits.......let me add, worked with each one of them on individual basis while employed at Belco. Let me add one more thing, their recovery is no different than any other recovery in business, their individuals are just as nasty as the next recovery department (purpose is to make sure payments are made on a timely basis). Well if you are not going to post this, at least reading this will maybe cause some one to think a little.
