Not As Good Anymore!

Loved this credit union when our branch was here in Tucson since its been shut down my entire family that has accounts with this credit union has had nothing but trouble. Doesnt really seem like these reps have good costumer service skills at all. Very sad to have to leave because we've all had this bank for years and I mean more then 20yrs.

Horrible Credit Union

Canyon State is just a bad credit union. They have changed hours recently and now aren't even open on the weekend. None of the tellers ever know what they are talking about so you get multiple answers about the same question every time. They have close all branches in the East Valley so now you have to drive downtown just to get funds because they aren't even a shared branching location. Many things are changing here and I would not doubt if they are having financial issues. I have a loan there that I am trying to move and then I am closing my accounts. This is coming from someone who has had his account there for nearly ten years.... Just not sure this credit union will be here much longer. They have already been through one merger in the last few years. That should of been a heads up to move my account back then. STAY AWAY!!!
