Capital Bank NA : Worse And Rude Customer Service Ever Existed.
1 stars - jelha - Friday, March 9, 2012 - 4:32 PM

I am very frustrated with the way this bank deal with its customer, I used to have a Public Saving Secure Card, and Capital Bank Took over them , but I didn't want to go through with them , I just want to close that credit card because they dont offer any other line of credit card which is not secure , and their annual Card Fee is a very pricey in comparison with real credit card companies, so I decide to close it , and trust me that wasn't the smothest thing I have to do with their customer service, they don't care about their customers at all , reckless people , I am very frsutrated.

I am not complaining to get people sympathize with me , I just want to voice my opinion and rate them as worse service ever existed , it wasn't a pleasant experience.
