Complicated Ira Transfer Deposit

I travel out of state for my job a lot and am not able to just walk in to my cu.   Isn't this why there is online banking ?       I have a IRA at another cu and was wanting to transfer it to dupaco cu. I contacted dupaco thru an online banking secure email and they replied to me on my regular email. ??  So now they want all account numbers from the outside cu and they will email me the paperwork via another "jump thru some hoops" secure email. Unable to open this new email  to download paperwork and ask them to just send blank paperwork and inform them that I am able to fill in the balnks with my account numbers and then usps mail back.   Apparently that can not be done -- 2 days since I requested and no reply.

This cu seems to want to go out of their to complicate things.  What will be the headache when I decide to cash out ?
