Overall An OK Bank But Serious Customer Service Issues
2 stars - Anonymous - Friday, March 11, 2011 - 7:58 PM

I've been with this credit union for over 12 years and I've seen customer service steadily decline. They really just don't care anything about their members or their concerns. I wrote a letter to the president and he ignored it. They act like they are Bank of America or something instead of the small credit union they really are.
