Unprofessional, Waste Your Time

This bank is a Mickey Mouse operation right down to the broken toys in their kids' play area. Your calls will be returned, maybe, if someone gets around to it. So you can visit the branch but this is a dead loop too. There's no receptionist, just a sign stating "see teller for assistance." Of course tellers can't help with opening accounts or anything more than what a McDonalds cashier is entrusted to do, so you sit and wait....and wait...and wait. Been there three times over the course of 4 months trying to open a new account and still have yet to speak with anyone. Greatly understaffed. Very few branches or ATMs. Only thing appealing is the rewards checking rate but certainly a lot of hassle comes with that rate. Not worth it!
